Michelle and the team enjoy dress up and everything costumes, so we understand that from time to time deciding on and purchasing a costume can be stressful. Our aim is to ensure that you are 100% satisfied with your items before purchasing.

However, if you are unhappy with your items after purchasing, you are welcome to exchange the items for a Store Credit or for something else as we do not offer refunds for change or mine or incorrect sizing. Please be aware that the items must be exchanged within 7 days of original purchase and be in the condition in which it was brought in. Meaning unworn or unopened with a receipt of purchase.
