Faults
There is a major fault with a product when: you would have not bought it if you had known about the problem/it is significantly different from the sample or description, or does not do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can't be easily fixed or it is unsafe.
For purchases with major failures you may reject the goods and get a refund or an identical replacement.
If the problem is not major we will repair the item within a reasonable time.
Please keep your receipt for proof of purchase.
Change of Mind Returns
In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, we are not required to offer you a refund for sizing, fit, change of mind, or returns.
This means the consumer guarantees do not apply if you got what you asked for but simply changed your mind, found it cheaper somewhere else, decided you did not like the purchase or had no use for it.
Purchases/Payments
Customers must provide Hidden Identity Costumes and Dancewear with complete and accurate details when making purchases. Hidden Identity Costumes and Dancewear is not liable if we are given an incorrect delivery address at the time of purchase. Any additional expenses in correcting the order are the responsibility of the customer.
Customers will receive an email confirming the order once we receive full payment and will be provided with the tracking number once orders are shipped out. Any orders will become your property at the time that they are shipped to the address provided to us
We reserve the right to vary the prices displayed on the Website from time to time and without notice. All of our prices are in AUD.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled at any time due to an inability to authorize a payment, insufficient stock, suspicion of fraudulent intent or any other reason deemed appropriate by Hidden Identity Costumes and Dancewear. Failure to provide additional details upon request may result in cancellation of your order.
